Payment

Prepay customers - we will require credit card information upon proof approval, and charge your card, prior to sending your order into production. 

Net 30 customers - we will accept a credit card payment only within the first 10 calendar days from the invoice date. Credit card payments after that will be charged a 3% processing fee. Our invoices sent via email have a link for ACH Bank draft payment as well. Invoices unpaid after 30 days of invoice date will be subject to a 1.5% charge, per month, financing.

Discrepancies / Quality Control

If there is a discrepancy in the quantity billed vs the quantity received, or if you have issues with the quality of the job - we require written notification within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product.

All product (print, promotional, and apparel) are subject to a 10% over/underrun - so if you order 1000 pieces - you may receive 900 - 1100 - typically these lean toward overruns. 

Embellishing Clothing

Millennium prefers to work on garments and items we obtain from our suppliers. We use clothing and items in our embroidery that have been tested and proven to provide quality embroidery. Embroidery machines can be fickle and sometimes eat garments. Occasionally during the embroidery process, a garment or item will be damaged. Sometimes we may experience unexpected results sewing on untested material. We may have a misunderstanding about color or placement of the design.

We cannot replace garments or items we have not sold or provided. If you supply the garment or item and there is a problem, we do not replace your item. Your damaged piece will be returned to you as is. Problems do not arise often, but the customer must be aware of the possibility.

PROOF / ORDER APPROVAL
Your order will be held until we have written proof approval. The customer is fully responsible for final proof and layout approval prior to the printing process. Millennium is NOT LIABLE for errors in a final product caused by any of the following reasons: Misspellings, Graphics, Bleeds, Grammar, Damaged Fonts, Small Fonts, Orientation of Files, Punctuation, Wrong Cuts, Incorrect or Missing Folds, Finished Product Size.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Since each order is unique to the Customer and has no re-sale value, All Sales Are Final. If we verify that we made an error, we will re-print the order.

The Customer must notify Millennium within 14 business days of receipt of product of any defects discovered in the ordered product. In order to receive replacement, Customer must return 100% of the received product within 21 days from the time the ordered product was delivered.

SHIPPING
Shipping time is not included in turnaround time. Once the shipment is handed over to the carrier, we cannot guarantee timeliness or exact delivery dates.

Millennium is not responsible for any delays caused during transit or delivery. For time-sensitive orders, customers are responsible for allowing enough time for orders to be processed, approved, printed and shipped. Millennium assumes no responsibility if the shipper is unable to deliver a time-sensitive order as scheduled. Millennium will not issue any partial or full refund on orders that were printed and shipped on time, but delayed during delivery.

We do ship internationally to some countries. If you need an order shipped outside of the united states, then we would encourage you to contact us to make sure we service that country. Otherwise, you would need to use a shipping broker or freight forwarder like World Class Shipping in order to handle the complexities of international shipping.
